For a small additional fee, DJI Care Refresh offers up to two replacement devices within one year. Various types of damage such as collisions or water damage are covered.

If you purchase DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh is automatically active after 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you by email.

DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased through official or authorized channels. DJI Care Refresh services are only available in the region of purchase.

The replacement devices are in mint or near mint condition in terms of performance and reliability.
