You have the file, we have the printer! With our TPU printing service, you can transform your digital designs into resilient, flexible components. TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is ideal for parts that need to be both stretchable and impact-resistant - perfect for antenna mounts, GPS mounts, action cam housings, Bando boots and much more.

Your order is that simple:

1. Order: Select this item for your print job up to 25 g.
2. Send data: Send your files (.stl or .3mf) with your order number to support@meilon.de.
3. Printing & shipping: We check the feasibility, put your project on the print bed and send it to you.

Our conditions at a glance:

• Material package: The price includes a material consumption of up to 25 g TPU (incl. support structures/supports and Raft).
• Transparent billing: If your project requires more than 25 g of material, we will contact you in advance.
• Maximum flexibility: Up to 7 components are possible per order (note total weight).
• Uniform look: We print each order in a color of your choice.

Pro tip: Would you like to check in advance whether you are within the limit? Use slicer software (e.g. Cura or Bambu Studio), select a TPU profile and activate the settings for Supports and Raft. The program will show you the estimated weight. Of course, there are a few other factors that influence the weight. We recognize these as soon as we prepare your files for printing. If it turns out at that point that your order is over the ordered limit, we will inform you in advance.

Important notes on production:

• "Print as provided": We print your file exactly as we receive it. We therefore cannot guarantee the design accuracy, accuracy of fit or dimensional accuracy.
• Color availability: We always strive to deliver your desired color. If a color is out of stock at short notice, we will contact you or offer an alternative.
• Delivery time: As this is an individual custom-made product, the delivery time differs from our standard items.

The delivery time of 1-3 days, as stated above, does not apply to this item and is individual.
