This new design includes the digital compass HMC5983L with the latest Ublox 8series module. Again, an installation outside the housing is ideal to prevent any interference in Copter / aircraft.

It has active circuitry for the ceramic patch antenna and a rechargeable backup battery for warm starts.

The devices of the NEO-M8 series are preconfigured for use with Pixfalcon.
