The Walksnail Ascent FPV VRX module is the matching digital receiver for the Walksnail Ascent HD system and the ideal solution for FPV pilots who want to switch from analog video transmission to a clear, stable HD image - without a high-end budget.

Important: The Ascent system is a stand-alone system and is not compatible with the Walksnail Avatar system.

With the Ascent VRX you receive the digital signal in:

• 720p / 120fps for particularly low latency (recommended mode for racing & dynamic flying)

• 1080p / 60fps for maximum image quality

Compared to analog transmission in particular, the system delivers a much cleaner, more stable image - less noise, fewer signal interruptions, more control. Perfect for short to medium distances and recreational flying.

HDMI output & integrated DVR function

The Walksnail Ascent VRX module has an HDMI output that allows you to output the signal directly to compatible FPV goggles or external monitors. This means that almost any HDMI-compatible goggles can be digitally upgraded.

The module also has a MicroSD card slot (up to 256 GB) for recording the received video signal in MP4 format (H.264). This allows you to record your flights directly and analyze or share them later.

Flexible power supply & stable connection

The VRX is powered via a DC connection (5.5 × 2.1mm) with 7.4-25.2V and is therefore compatible with 2S to 6S LiPo batteries. Two supplied LHCP antennas (RP-SMA) ensure stable signal transmission.

With 3 standard channels (up to 8 in debug mode) and OSD support for Betaflight and INAV, the system is technically well integrated and flexible to use.
