Interlocking hardware watchdog and fan control

• Full integration with any mining operating system allows the intelligent fan control and hardware watchdog to automatically regulate the case fan speed based on environmental values to keep GPU temperatures in the optimal range. It is possible to select the "optimal temperature range" in the mining operating system and set the minimum speed, and set the fans to a specific speed with the manual setting. The hardware watchdog automatically restarts a frozen system after the microcontroller has determined that the system has frozen and needs to be restarted.
