Small connectors, big impact. The BetaFPV BT2.0 connector is one of those unassuming components that’s often underestimated in an FPV setup—until you realize just how much it affects performance. After all, the connection between the battery and the drone determines how much energy actually gets through. And that’s exactly where BT2.0 makes the difference.
At its core, it’s all about physics: Every contact resistance costs energy. Traditional PH2.0 connectors slow down the flow of current like a narrow road during rush hour. The BT2.0, on the other hand, widens the “conduction path” with optimized 1.0mm banana pins and a larger contact area. The result: less voltage sag, more usable power, and noticeably longer flight times.
With up to 9A continuous current and 15A burst current, the BT2.0 delivers significantly more power than conventional 1S connectors.
