Is your copter behaving strangely in flight, losing connection unexpectedly, or refusing to turn on at all after a crash? Troubleshooting FPV drones can quickly become frustrating without the right tools and necessary experience. Just leave it to us.

One of our workshop technicians will thoroughly inspect your drone. With over 13 years of experience in the FPV field, we systematically identify hardware damage, defective components, faulty solder joints, or configuration errors. After the diagnosis, we’ll get in touch with you, explain the problem, and discuss the next steps and any potential repair costs together.

Scope of this service:

• Visual inspection: Thorough examination of the hardware for hairline cracks in the frame, damaged cables, loose connections, or cold solder joints.
• Electronic testing: Continuity tests and voltage measurements (e.g., 5V/9V regulators on the FC) to identify short circuits or defective components.
• Software & Log Analysis: Review of your Betaflight configuration. If available and readable, we’ll also analyze black box logs to narrow down sporadic flight errors.
• Diagnostic Report: Clear feedback on which component or software error is causing the problem.

Note: This product includes only error analysis and diagnosis. Any necessary repairs, replacement of defective parts, or subsequent test flights are not included in this service and will be billed separately only after consultation with you. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that any errors or damage can be detected.

What we need from you:

• The affected drone, including all installed components.
• Your remote control and your FPV goggles (if the fault is suspected to be related to radio or video transmission).
• A brief, written description of the issue (When does the issue occur? What exactly happens?), which you should include with the package or discuss in advance with one of our technicians.
