The GAONENG GNB 6S1P 5000mAh 10C Li-ion battery is a high-performance flight battery for FPV long-range drones and efficient multicopters. With a nominal voltage of 22.2V, a capacity of 5000mAh, and high-quality Samsung 21700 50S lithium-ion cells, it offers high energy density for extended FPV flights.

Thanks to its 6S1P cell configuration, slim design, and XT60 connector, the GNB Li-Ion battery is particularly well-suited for 7-inch FPV drones and other 6S setups optimized for flight endurance.

Samsung 21700 50S Cells for Long-Range FPV

The battery consists of six Samsung 21700 50S lithium-ion cells connected in series. With a capacity of 5000mAh and a theoretical energy content of 111Wh, it offers a high energy reserve for longer flight distances.

Compared to traditional high-current LiPo batteries, this Li-ion battery prioritizes efficient power delivery. Its high energy density really shines during steady flight profiles and moderate current draw.

10C Discharge Rate and XT60 Connector

The manufacturer-specified discharge rate of 10C corresponds, for a 5,000 mAh battery, to a calculated discharge current of 50 A. This makes the battery suitable for appropriately matched FPV propulsion systems.

The XT60 main connector enables a reliable connection to compatible drones and RC models. Weighing approximately 455 g and featuring an elongated design, the battery is particularly well-suited for larger long-range copters with sufficient space for the battery pack.

Optimized for 7-inch FPV drones

GAONENG recommends the battery, among other things, for 7-inch FPV drones with a frame size of 300–380 mm. The manufacturer lists the iFlight Chimera7, as well as the Kolas 7, Aquila7, APEX7, and Rekon7, as possible platforms for use.

A prerequisite is a compatible battery mount and a 6S power system whose current draw falls within the permissible load limits.
