iFlight 2A 5-36V LC Filter
In the quad copter, motors and ESCs can generate noise that can affect the quality of your FPV video. This compact and effective LC filter uses large-volume inductor and condenser components designed to clean a noisy DC power supply that often causes conduction in wireless video images.
The most common signs of noise are disturbing lines that appear on the screen when flying. Problems often occur with sensitive FPV video systems when using long power cables (7 cm+), limited space for wiring, improperly filtered transmitters, noise from the speed controller or DC-DC voltage converter in switch mode, or usually using a common battery to minimize weight. Interference can result in video lines, banding, random dropouts and reduced transmission range.
For example, if the 12V motor battery of your robot or R/C model also powers the video camera and A/V transmitter, this LC filter can help reduce the video "noise" that can occur when the motor is running.
