Long range and 360 degree coverage in one, the Sky Hammer is a true omnidirectional antenna with a long range! Designed by IBCrazy, the Sky Hammer uses two powerful Minion Pro antennas that are precisely phase and impedance matched to achieve a gain of 5.25 dBic and 360 degree coverage. Stacking and phasing takes the unused vertical coverage of a single antenna and pushes it outward along the horizon to exactly where you need it. Although the Sky Hammer is usually considered a receiver antenna, it can be mounted on a long range quad to explore places that other antennas simply cannot reach. When using the Skyhammer on a VTX, be sure to pay attention to slope angles, otherwise you could aim the zero point of the antenna directly at your receiver, which would result in signal loss.
