Product description

With Race Wire motor protection boards, you can route the motor cables of your FPV drone neatly and in a space-saving manner along the frame arms. The narrow circuit boards replace part of the conventional motor cables and protect the connections from damage caused by propellers.

Installation is straightforward: The boards are secured to the frame arms with suitable adhesive tape. Then, the cables from the motor and the ESC are soldered to the opposite ends of the board. This ensures tidy cable routing without loose wires on the arms.

Race Wire offers a practical advantage, especially for racing and freestyle drones. If propellers become bent in a crash, they strike the circuit board instead of the motor cables directly. Replacing the motor is also easier, since the connections are accessible directly on the circuit board. There’s no need to open the copter to access the 4-in-1 ESC or the AIO board.

The two-layer circuit board with 2 oz of copper provides a conductive connection while remaining lightweight. With its compact dimensions of 40 × 8 × 0.8 mm, it fits on many FPV frame arms. The flat surface can also be used to mount LEDs.

The set includes 6 Race Wire circuit boards and is suitable for building, repairing, or retrofitting FPV quadcopters.
