DJI Care Refresh can be extended to a maximum total term of 3 years up to 15 days after the end of the current contract term.

DJI Care Refresh 2 years: Can be extended for 1 year (at the latest within the 15-day period after the current Care protection expires)

The new Express option allows you to skip the damage assessment process completely. A DJI Service Center will send you a replacement device immediately after receiving the damaged drone.

Free shipping
DJI will cover the cost of shipping if the product is sent in for exchange for a replacement unit.
