Gemfan Hurricane 5127-3 Propeller Whisky

Gemfan Hurricane 5127-3 Propeller Whisky

Product description

The Gemfan Hurricane 5127-3 propeller in Whiskey is designed for FPV pilots who value agile flight characteristics and precise control. With a diameter of 5.1 inches, a pitch of 2.7 inches, and its three-blade design, it is particularly well-suited for dynamic freestyle flights and quick changes in direction.

The comparatively low pitch allows for sensitive throttle control and supports a highly controllable flight feel. At the same time, the proven Hurricane blade shape ensures balanced thrust development. This makes the propeller an attractive choice for pilots who want to steer their copter smoothly through turns and challenging flight maneuvers.

The Gemfan Hurricane 5127-3 is made of durable polycarbonate (PC). The material combines flexibility with dimensional stability and is well-suited for the stresses of FPV flying.

Weighing just 4.4 g per propeller, the rotating mass remains low. This supports rapid changes in RPM and direct responsiveness of the motor.

The transparent “Whisky” color variant gives the propeller a distinctive look and matches many FPV frames.

Gemfan recommends the Hurricane 5127-3 for 2306 and 2207-sized motors, as well as for quadcopters weighing approximately 500 to 600 g.

The 5-mm mount is suitable for corresponding motor shafts. Thanks to the combination of a 5.1-inch diameter and a 2.7-inch pitch, the propeller is particularly appealing to pilots who value controllable power delivery.
