Product description

The Holybro PM02D 12S HV Power Module was specifically designed for modern Pixhawk systems such as the Pixhawk 5X and Pixhawk 6X, and provides a reliable power supply as well as precise current and voltage measurement via a digital I2C interface. Designed for professional UAV, VTOL, and fixed-wing applications, the PM02D supports high-voltage setups up to 12S LiPo and delivers a stable 5.2V supply voltage to the flight controller.

Unlike traditional analog power modules, the PM02D operates digitally via I2C, enabling significantly more precise telemetry data for voltage, current consumption, and power monitoring. For modern autopilot systems, this is a bit like the difference between an old tube radio and a space-age computer. Both make noise—but only one of them can reliably monitor a VTOL system.

The integrated switching regulator design delivers up to 5.2V at 3A output current and is ideal for providing a stable power supply to the flight controller and connected sensors. It supports batteries ranging from 2S to 12S HV LiPo.

The module comes fully pre-assembled with XT60 connectors, silicone cables, and protective heat-shrink tubing. Thanks to its compact design, the PM02D can be easily integrated into professional UAV platforms.

Important: The module is not designed to power servos. Servos should continue to be powered via a separate BEC or ESC system. After all, power-hungry servos and sensitive flight controllers share power about as peacefully as two raccoons in a trash can.
