An FPV or autopilot drone without telemetry is a bit like a spaceship without instruments: You’re moving through the system, but you don’t really know what’s happening. That’s exactly why the Holybro SiK Telemetry Radio Set V3 433MHz was developed.

This compact telemetry system enables a stable, bidirectional data connection between your flight controller and the ground station. Flight data, GPS position, battery voltage, mission parameters, and live telemetry are reliably transmitted—in real time. The entire system is based on the proven SiK open-source firmware, which has been specifically optimized for MAVLink communication.

The V3 version uses the modern JST-GH connector system and is therefore directly compatible with current flight controllers such as Pixhawk 4, Pixhawk 2.1, The Cube, or PX4 systems. Plug & Play instead of cable chaos—a rare example of user-friendly design.

With an output power of up to 100 mW, the set achieves a range of about 300 meters even with the included antennas. Optional patch antennas on the ground module can extend the range to several kilometers. Small radio waves, big ambitions.

Especially handy: The set directly supports Mission Planner, QGroundControl, PX4 Autopilot, and ArduPilot. This makes your flight controller not only controllable but actually “communicative.” The drone essentially tells you in real time how it’s doing—surprisingly philosophical for a few radio modules.

Thanks to Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS), the connection remains robust against interference. Adaptive TDM communication also ensures stable data transmission with low latency.
