FPV drones are our passion. As one of the leading online stores in the industry, we provide the community with the latest gear. In order to further expand our service and presence, we are now looking to strengthen our team at our location in 53424 Remagen.

Your tasks with us:

Technical customer support: You will provide our customers with competent support for technical questions about setups, product compatibility, problem solutions and general questions about orders.
Product management: You scout new products, enter them into our store system and ensure correct technical data and appealing descriptions.
3D printing service: You process customer orders for 3D printed parts (slicing, print monitoring and quality control).
Content Creation (Optional): You will develop creative content, write scripts for product presentations and stand in front of the camera as a host. You don't have to worry about filming and editing - we have specialists in our team for that. You provide the technical input and performance.
Offer & returns management: You create offers and process returns and complaints (incl. minor repairs).

What you bring with you:

FPV expertise: you are an active pilot yourself and have excellent technical knowledge of copters, digital/analog systems and Betaflight.
Commercial foundation: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or are currently studying a comparable course of study and would like to get started with us as a working student and apply your knowledge in practice. a strong commercial understanding of e-commerce processes is important to us.
Vibe: You communicate in a relaxed but professional manner, have a solution-oriented mentality and can also explain technical issues clearly. You work in a structured and careful manner and are a team player.
